What is the focus of MTT-FIT?
To provide women with the tools they need to feel better, move better, find their flow and glow from within.
To grow an online fitness community, where we can encourage and support each other, foster mental wellbeing and celebrate our wins, big and small. Also, to support and encourage individuals on their weight loss, strength and toning journeys with easy to follow exercise programs that can be done at home or anywhere.
At MTT-Fit, we realize that, as a woman, sometimes, time and energy are fleeting, and sleep has become a distant ex-boyfriend and we want to help you find the time and the energy you need to stay fit and fabulous. You CAN have it all!
