  • Eight (8) Years Experience -  Fitness Boxing / Kickboxing

Biography:

Tasie is an experienced fitness specialist focused on facilitating clients in achieving overall health, well-being and a desired body image. She has worked in many fitness establishments, namely Bally Total Fitness, GoodLife Fitness, Bloor St. Boxing and Fitness, etc., and has had the opportunity to work with clients in the comforts of their own homes and workout spaces as well.

As a certified trainer, she brings to the table knowledge necessary to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals in a realistic fashion. Her areas of specialty include weight loss, strength and cardiovascular training, core conditioning and fitness kickboxing. If you are looking for a firmer mid-section for the summer or for life, you will get the information and push needed to make that dream a reality. She enjoys educating herself and others on fitness related topics, being a motivator, and a leader both in the gym environment and outside. She is working towards being in this industry for a very long time and is working on placing her mark in the lives of many.

I started boxing with Tasie as a means of incorporating something different to my workouts. I was looking for something that would challenge me both physically and mentally, something that was fun and most importantly effective.
Boxing was the perfect answer .It definitely got me results. Not only did it help me bust through a plateau and complement my weight training and cardio but it helped me get through the dreary months of winter!
It may be only half and hour a session but it works the entire body on a new level and you notice the difference. Each session is different and is done to music that not only motivates you but makes you feel like you can conquer anything! It invigorates you.
I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to take their workouts that little bit further.

I have had the great fortune of working with Tasie for the past 7 months. What I appreciate most about training with Tasie is her innovative approach to our workouts. There’s always something different, and because we don’t always use the machines, there’s always something new that I can do at home. Thanks to her approach, our workouts are never routine, are always challenging and I’m seeing the results!!
