So, I have not posted for a while and for that I apologize. Life seemed to have sucked me into a worm hole for a bit.
Anyhow, as you are aware (or not, depending on how much you have read on this site) I have posted before and mentioned quite frequently about how important exercise is and how we can, with more daily exercise, erase or maybe even reverse some of the ailments that we find ourselves with.
That being said, I came across this incredible video by Dr. Mike Evans about 'the single best thing that you can do for your health'. You can probably guess what that would be.
