Yesturday we spoke about what to do when you are in a rush and crunched for time. But today we will focus on preparation. Preparation is the key to success in all aspects of life. Everyone's life gets crazy and fast paced every so often (some more that others). The most prepared individuals brown bag it at lunch and other meals depending on if they will be away from home. Be creative with your choices and meal times will be a breeze!
