Life sometimes can have us running up and down between appointment, gatherings and other events.  Getting healthy food on the run can sometimes be a challenge. If this describes you try this nifty trick: Run to the microwave. Throw some fresh or frozen green beans in a bowl filled a quarter of the way with water and microwave them. Season to taste with herbs and spices. This is fast and it also helps retain vitamins and color in your vegetables. Best of all, you're not consuming extra fat like in a fast food burger. Take the challenge.
