Hunger Pangs??

6/9/2011

Comments

I know that our schedules are usually very busy and without noticing, we often skip meals. When you miss a meal, you end up with hunger pangs that can drive you to overeat later. Eating at regular intervals throughout the day (every 2 - 4 hours) also helps to stabilize your blood sugar levels and keep your energy levels up. Try to stick, as much as possible,  to your meals and snacks throughout the day.

Our friends at Yummly.com have, however, made meal planning easier. They have organized their website marvelously, with recipes that cater to our different tastes (salty, savory, sour, bitter, sweet), allergies, diet requirements (vegetarian, vegan, or more), time, price and much more.
In order to make sure that you get your required meals in daily, planning is important. Be sure to check out www.yummly.com to assist you in planning your meals for yourself and your family.
