Summer is my favorite season!! Now that the weather keeps getting nicer, barbeque season is in full swing. This can be great for your weight loss program. Not only does barbequing give food great flavor, but barbecuing is a low-fat way of cooking. Be sure to trim fat from meat to reduce calories. When seasoning, use spices and herbs instead of high-fat, sugar, and sodium products. Wrap some veggies in foil and throw them on the grill for a fresh and wonderful side dish. Be sure to enjoy the weather and enjoy the benefits.
