Firm, tone and improve your mid-section (Abs). Alleviate your lower back pain by learning to engage your core. This is a 4 week program, with classes happening twice per week. (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Class size will be capped at 5 persons. Individuals will join on a first come, first serve basis. Class time: 7pm The program will be conducted via an online platform (such as Zoom). This program is $7.50US per session. Billed as $60US for the 4 week program. |
Let's Move
This program is a low impact cardio program geared towards women who are looking to increase their energy and cardiovascular fitness, and get back into shape after a long time without exercising. This program will run for 4 weeks, with classes occurring two times per week. (Mondays and Wednesdays). Class capacity will be capped at 5 persons. Individuals will join on a first come, first serve basis. Class time: 7pm The program will be conducted via an online platform (such as Zoom). This program is $10.00 US per session. Billed as $80US for the 4 week program. |
One-On-One Personal Training - Online
Individualized program tailor made for you and with you in mind. We will go through your goals and create a program that will help you achieve it. If you want the personal attention and have very specific needs, this program is for you. Each session will take place online via an online platform (such as Zoom); 2 times per week or 3 times per week. Sessions start at $15US per session. Billed in groups of 2 or 3; $30US and $45US respectively (1 week worth of Personal Training). |
